Cris Resolutions was founded by Cristhian Giraldo after more than a decade working across auto sales, real estate investing and technology.
He has managed dealership operations, worked with DealerCenter, lenders, auctions and stips, completed Fix & Flip projects, and built the automation systems he now installs for clients. Every recommendation comes from real operating experience.

What happens on the strategy call?
It is a 30-minute conversation. We review how you currently capture and follow up with leads, identify what can be automated first, and outline practical next steps. There is no obligation.
Do I need to already have a CRM?
No. We can set up a new account from scratch or clean up and improve the account you already have.
Do you only work with car dealers?
No. Dealerships are a core specialty, but we also build systems for real estate investors, service businesses, small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Do you offer services in Spanish?
Yes. We work with clients in English and Spanish, and we can build bilingual follow-up for your customers.
Is Cris Resolutions a lender, law firm or accounting firm?
No. We provide automation, consulting, operational support and education. For legal, tax or lending decisions, work with a licensed professional. Remote dealer finance support is provided under the dealership's own lender relationships.
How long does it take to launch?
It depends on scope. A focused lead-capture and follow-up system can often launch quickly; complete CRM builds take longer. You receive a timeline after the audit.
